1)    How do I sign up for an Anger Management class or any of the classes you offer?

       You can register by calling (678) 467-0159.


2)   Will the Anger Management class meet the requirements I need (i.e. court ordered, etc.)?
      
        If you have been required to take any of the following courses, then this class will meet the requirements.

        Anger Management Class
        Anger Control Class
        Anger Course
        Anger Out of Control
        Certified Anger Management Course

3)     How many Anger Management sessions are required for completion?

         The number of the sessions will be determined after a pre-assessment is completed.   The average minimum is four

         sessions.  Additional courses may be required depending upon the assessment.

4)      If I am a court ordered client, how many sessions must I attend for completion?

         You must attend a minimum of four courses. Additional courses will be based on court order, need, and assessment.

5)      I am a court ordered client.  What type of documentation will I receive to verify my attendance and completion of the
         program?

         We will provide a payment receipt, an attendance log, and letter of completion.  This will be provided at the conclusion of
         your program as long as all fees are paid in full.  Any required documentation must be discussed during your

         pre-assessment or registration.

6)     Do I have to take any test to complete this course?

         Yes, you will have to take a short test at the end of your program.  

7)     Where will my completion documentation be sent?

        Based on the preference you selected during registration, you may receive a letter in the mail, in person or by

        e-mail.  At your request, other required parties, such as, an attorney, legal professional, judge, caseworker, probation
        officer, counselor, or other individuals can receive the same documentation.

8)     What form of payments are accepted?

        Cash payments, money orders, certified checks, and credit cards.  We do not accept personal checks.

9)     What can I expect to gain by taking classes at CB Training Services?

        Our goal is to help each client gain a better understanding of a particular topic in order to improve in that area.
        Although results will vary by client, we will provide you with the tools you need to help you become successful for life.  

        Ultimately, it will be up to you to practice and apply the information to your life.
